Men...

I don't really have a title for this so... meh.

So I've been reading this Chinese (I think) light novel called The Devil King Chases his wife (can you guess what it's about?) for the last couple days I felt the need to draw some of the character or at least how I visualize them. Note, I'm not all that good with Chinese style of clothes so the designs are just what I found on google from some Asian Dramas. Hopefully, they are good enough.

First guy is technically nameless but super cool. Basically the MC, this chick named Su Luo, was being chased by this huge dragon because she picked up his kid and he was not pleased about that. After she returned his son to the dragon, said dragon appeared before her once again in human form to berate her (for stealing his kid), threaten her (that if anything happens to his son, he'd roast her alive and generally just tell her how lucky she is that she got to live despite everything that should have killed her.

Notes: Honestly, I wanted to add horns but I thought it might be too much, not sure why. As for the eye shadow... I really don't know why I added it. It fits but ... Ugh, I hate this!!!

Second guy is my favorite character in the series, Beichen Ying. He's super positive and smiley yet runs a mercenary company and has killed quite a few hundred people. Still, he's all smiles. He is also a magnificent bastard, screwing with folks and living off their misery. He's a joy since all his targets are assholes. He is generally very polite to Su Luo since his bestie is in love with her and he likes living, thank you very much. His fave hobbies are fucking with people, killing people and watching other people do A or B.

Last dude is the male lead, Nangong Liuyun, the prince of the country (I think). He's basically the super powerful guy with a heart as cold as ice. He kills people on a whim (mostly if they offend him) and speaks sparingly. He's fears by all and worship like a god living among humans. Until he met Su Luo. With her, he's a goofy and doting bae who showers her with affection, kisses and worship. All he wants is for her to love him just as much as he loves her. She is the only one in the world he lets touch him or even think of refusing him.

Again, I really like this book. It's a fun read and all the characters are a joy. The basic gist of the story is that a world renowned assassin is betrayed by her beloved and dies, only to wake up as the good-for-nothing daughter of a noble family. Her heart hardened by her betrayal, Su Luo strives to become strong under the noses of those who look down on her. The only one who sees her as a diamond in the rough is Prince Nangong Liuyun, who falls in love with her. The rest of the book is divided into her journey to become strong and Liuyun trying to woo the stubborn lass.
