Likes: eating sweets, pissing off ponies, tricking ponies and being adored. He also loves dressing up and be adored.

Dislikes: deadlines, Pickles (they are evil I tell you... Evil!!) and most other ponies.

Personality: He is very into himself, always putting himself in the spotlight and getting really mad when his spotlight is taken away. The one thing that makes him happy is his family. While they don't get why he likes the things he does, they support him in anything and everything he pursues. His mama put up fliers all over Ponyville when he had his first fashion show and papa took him to Manehatten and Canterlot to see how models worked in those towns despite being busy. And his big bro? The bestest big brother in all of Equestria acted as a bodyguard/confidant whenever Parfait asks. He couldn't ask for a better family.

Bio: Parfait was Pinkie's second child. Despite being the older twin, he acts like the youngest but tries his best to make his family proud of him. Ever since he was young, he had a fascination with fashion. He didn't want to make it, despite Ms Rarity insisting that he had a good eye for colors. No, he wanted to wear the clothes. To feel the silk and ribbons slide across his coat as hundreds watched him with awe and admiration. The only thing was that he preferred mares clothes to stallions. He thought his parents would get upset with him, like his teacher did when he asked to wear what the filly's were wearing but to his surprise, they all seemed cool with it. Mama wanted to add balloons to the costume but was talked down by papa. 

Relationships:

Chocolate Cheesecake: While Choco is a big stallion, Parfait has his wrapped around his hoof. Anytime he needs Choco, the quiet giant would kind of just appear from out of nowhere. Even when Parfait is being whiny, Choco would cheer him up by letting him vent all of his frustrations on him by screaming about it. Choco just listened. Despite how much he teases his brother, Parfait loves him, even if he might not be his brother.

Hazy Sky: They don't get along but neither mind. Their reasons differ greatly though. Hazy used to beat up and bully Parfait when they were foals until Choco stepped in and scared the foal away. Ever since then, the two had glared daggers at each other but never confronted one another.

Tranquil Spring: Tranquil used to foalsit Parfait and put him to sleep whenever he talked about anything he was interested in. As such, he calls Tranquil 'Tranquilizer', much to the Pegasus' dismay. Despite being one to jump from partner to partner, Parfait's relationship with Tranquil is his longest bout. He'd never admit that he adores Tranquil despite how much of a bore he is at times.
